The IUPAC General Assembly (GA) is the occasion for meetings of the statutory bodies of the Union, specifically of the Council, Bureau, Division Committees, and Standing Committees. The 52nd IUPAC General Assembly will be in The Hague, Netherlands 18-25 August 2023, in parallel to the IUPAC World Congress IUPAC|CHAINS2023.
The GA and the Congress will share the venue at World Forum in The Hague and also share several events, including a joint opening and reception, joint events with IYCN, and the World Chemistry Leadership Meeting (WCLM). Detailed information about the Congress is available at www.iupac2023.org, including program, call for abstract, congress registration, travel information, and accommodations.
Registration to the GA is free but required. All GA participants, i.e. IUPAC Members and Delegates, must register at www.iupac2023.org.
GA participants can also register to the Congress at a special discounted rate, and are encouraged to take advantage of their participation in the GA by also attending the Congress. The Organizing Committee has prepared an exciting program.
